LUDY LUKOSE, MD
Dr. Lukose is Board Certified in Internal medicine. She completed her medical degree in India from Government Kilpauk Medical College under Dr MGR University. She completed her Medical Residency with special focus on Primary Care from the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education, Scranton PA.
Dr Lukose joined Premier Medical Associates, Cumming in 2013 and took over the practice one year after joining. Prior to that, she was part of a NCQA accredited Multispecialty Practice in Pennsylvania.
Dr Lukose's primary focus is on Preventive Medicine. Her areas of interest include Comprehensive Cardiovascular Risk assessment, Improving Quality Care in Diabetes, Cancer Screening, Geriatric Care and Mental Health.
During her spare time, Dr Lukose enjoys reading, listening to music and cooking.
ALLIE EDMISTON, APRN, FNP-C
Allie is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She served in the US Coast Guard as a hospital corpsman for almost 7 years, then attended nursing school for her undergrad at the University of Massachusetts- Boston and obtained her Masters/FNP at Kennesaw State University. In between her degrees, she spent her Registered Nurse career in the Medical/Surgical/ECMO Intensive Care Unit at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta. During her time in the ICU, she developed a passion for preventative medicine as well as holistic care of treating the whole person-body, mind, and spirit.
Before Allie joined Premier Medical Associates, she specialized in Nephrology managing renal dialysis patients, chronic kidney disease, blood pressure management, as well as multiple electrolyte abnormalities. These medical conditions are still her areas of high interest as well as patient education on lifestyle changes and self-care to promote wellness.
In her free time, Allie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, their three dogs and one cat, and doing any kind of outdoor activity or home improvement project.
